Duties include installation of election equipment for the 2020 General Election for in person voter locations. Include installation of equipment for security of election materials, and proper distancing/Covid-19 protocols for in-person voting. Short term appointment includes installation and removal of equipment after election.
Census Field Supervisor, US Census Bureau, Santa Clarita, CA 2/20-10/20
My duties as Census Field Supervisor include field supervision of my team of enumerators, who are obtaining census interviews from residents who have not completed Decennial census via mail or online response channels. Duties also include certifying payroll records for my team of enumerators, as well as ensuring they are properly equipped in the field and their field contact for troubleshooting. My experience also includes training other supervisors to perform the same functions. I served as training assistant in my own CFS training class. Served as ‘training IT department,’ given as contact person for 35 CFS personnel trained in July after Covid-19 related shutdown of operations, for training, mentoring and contact with bureau. I also participated in several other programs (Service Based Enumeration, Group Quarters Advanced Contact, and Targeted Non-Sheltered Outdoor Location,) in the Decennial Census, serving other operations in the position as CFS. Assisted with office duties including accounts payables, receivables, scheduling, payroll, and personnel logistics. Was loaned out to other vendors by manufacturers for training their staff in increasing sales and improving product mix to increase sales/profits in higher margin products. Gifted a vacation as reward for having the highest profit product mix from manufacturer in entire nation. A different manufacturer gifted a different vacation in Hawaii for excellence in profitability based on quality of product mix and sales production.
Worked with Building Department after 1994 Northridge earthquake to ensure protocols for proper retrofitting of earthquake damaged masonry chimneys.

During summer research on Loligo pelaii, the Woods Hole Squid, as anatomy specifically advantageous for neurobiology of nerve fibers, duties included materials ordering and gross dissection of squid 'giant synapse’ for study of nerve impulse transmission.
