Housing Quality Standards Inspector July 2014-July 2020
Conducting approximately 15,000 housing inspections in Alameda, Contra Costa and Los Angeles counties in order to provide safe, sanitary and affordable housing for individuals and families according to Department of HUD guidelines. Involves lots of problem solving, resolving conflicts and working independently and in large groups. Conducting inspections for both Los Angeles County Development Authority (2015-2020) and CGI, Inc.
