EXPERIENCE
SITTER • MURPHY FAMILY • MARCH 2013 – JULY 2020
The job of being the sitter to the Murphy’s baby girl since she was born has been a big role and taught me several life skills when it comes to communicating and cooperating with children. I have known their daughter since she was a newborn and have babysat her from that age. Over the spring/summer in 2020 I handled her online education as well as keeping her occupied and active in the safest way possible.

NANNY • JEYDEL FAMILY • JUNE 2019 – DECEMBER 2019
I was a full-time nanny for the two young Jeydel boys for the summer and remaining holiday breaks in 2019. I provided transportation, helped with house chores, took care, and provided a safe environment for their sons. I was also entrusted with them for long weekends when I would have overnights with them fairly often when their parents have worked out of town.
WELLNESS INSTRUCTOR • JAMES MADISON UNIVERSITY • APRIL 2019 – PRESENT
I teach young adults how to eat healthily and manage stress. I lead a class three times a month called “Self-Care Where it Counts” to 100 college students. One or two times a week I teach cooking classes on various topics all geared to kitchen safety and eating clean/healthy. For example, Vegan Baking, Knife Skills, Grilling Masters, and Exploring Seasonal Produce are just a few of my more frequent classes.
EDUCATION
HIGH SCHOOL • JUNE 2018 • FRANK W. COX HIGH SCHOOL
I graduated with honors, and a 3.5 GPA. During my graduation, I was presented with several different cords from organizations and clubs I was involved in.

BACHELORS • MAY 2022 • JAMES MADISON UNIVERSITY
I am a rising senior at James Madison University. I am a Psychology major and a Family Studies minor with a concentration in Behavioral Analysis. I am aspiring to be a counselor for children of all ages as both a school counselor and eventually a private counselor.
VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCES AND AWARDS
-At my high school graduation, I was awarded the faculty nomination only, Falcon medallion. 10 different categories and 1 medallion given to a student who stood out for the category out of 500 students. I was awarded the Community service medallion for organizing a mentor program for at-risk and homeless children for an elementary school nearby.
-In my free time I enjoy volunteering with children tutoring them at a local elementary school and handing out bags of food at the Salvation Army on Saturdays to those in need.
