Although my Education started in Mathematics and Computer Programming, a love for research, problem-solving and instructional design has brought my career and passion into the realm of Software Education. Created Curriculum and built robust training patients for 13 separate courses in topics including: Payment Posting, Insurance Follow Up and Denial Management, Hospital Billing, Customer Service, Financial Reporting, Revenue Administration, and Charge Reconciliation
