Sunbelt Rentals and United Rentals, managing approximately $200MM in assets.
• Researched and prepared a tenant and REIT competitor analysis.
• Created tenant specialization reports listing the specific tenant’s area of service, revenue, number of employees, size of
fleet, offered services, local market notes and diligence visit notes as well as parent company financial information from
Bloomberg.
• Researched locations of potential target tenants, to inquire about purchasing properties from their current landlords and
created multiple mailing lists.
• Updated REIT pipeline information weekly for currently owned properties and ones still in PSA and completed and edited
its diligence report section.

• Worked directly with hedge fund manager of approximately a $70MM fund.
• Increased knowledge of technical analysis utilizing tools, such as indicators and techniques specific to this fund, to
determine their own risk-reward ratios and how the fund assesses a stock’s volatility.

Division of Pediatric Neurosurgery
• Secured highly competitive internship to research and shadow in department of pediatric neurosurgery.
• Performed research on optic pathway and optic nerve tumors in children, specifically in relation to Neurofibromatosis
type 1.
