Devin Hicks Resume

My name is Devin Hicks, and I am a senior at the University of Redlands. I am obtaining my bachelor’s degree in theatre business and my master’s in education. My focus is in dance performance and choreography with the influence of marketing and theatrical practices. My goal is to develop a dance curriculum that is supported by my knowledge as a performer, and my training in education. I have extensive experience with children, taking on difficult tasks while meeting strict deadlines, and as a leader and forward thinker in the workplace. I have worked as a dance teacher for the past four years, and I I’ve taken change at my university as the choreographer in an online devised piece this spring. I have trained under artist like Debbie Allen, Comfort Fedoke, and Dave Scott, and I took charge as acting choreographer in the industry program “The Fire n’ U”. I look forward to speaking with you soon and sharing the exciting ideas I have for your program.
