Job History

2016-current United Postal Service
In 2017 I was promoted to supervisor at UPS. In 2017-2018 I worked as a one on one trainer where I had the lowest turnover rate of the trainers in my division, 20% compared to 40-50%, I achieved this though consistently striving to give them the tools and answers they needed to succeed.
2018-2019 I worked as the lead supervisor in our employee retention division. In this roll I formed a employee committee, who assisted in surveying employees and discovering concerns. I proposed and organized our additional incentives campaign. This campaign reduced turn over by engaging management and labor with each other and provided non-monetary rewards. During this I also managed our weekly supervisor council, where I organized and lead the forty other super visors though the weekly reports and we came up with ways to improve. During my time there we saw a trend of 5% productivity increase roughly every six months.
From 2019 to present I have worked as a supervisor leading a team of fifteen employees in their daily tasks. It has been a excellent growing opportunity as I learn to deal with more of the micro daily challenges instead of strictly macro projects.
