Assisted in rehabilitation and medical care of native Hawaiian species.
Tasks included assisting in examinations, physical therapy, drawing blood, administering medications, medication calculations, monitoring anesthesia, running bloodwork and other laboratory tests, medical record entry, necropsies, meal preparation and feedings, cleaning enclosures and aviaries, and releasing patients.
Loop Abroad - Online Australian Wildlife Internship (60 hours) Summer 2020
Learned about Australian zoology, wildlife medicine, and zoo veterinary medicine of Australian wildlife such as kangaroos, wallabees, koalas, tasmanian devils, echidnas, emus, and more.

I canvassed various neighborhoods in New York, communicating with the public on their political and economic views relating to the environment and educated them on environmental issues in New York.
