Doctor of Chiropractic

• Clinical Experience:
o Student Clinic: Six months being the primary chiropractic care for students of Life University. Included doing physical exams, re-assessments, x-rays, and chiropractic adjustments. Worked with Functional Kinesiology as a supplement to patient care which included working with kinesiology tape, rehabilitation exercises, cold laser, and e-stim.
o Outpatient Clinic: Nine months working with the public as a primary chiropractic care provider. This includes doing physical exams, re-assessments, x-rays, and chiropractic and extremity adjustments.
o PEAK Clinic: Six months completed as a primary chiropractic care provider for veterans of the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center. This includes doing physical exams, re-assessments, assessing x-rays, kinesiology taping, rehabilitation exercises, and chiropractic spinal and extremity adjustments.
• Extracurricular:
o Webster Technique Certified Post Graduation- attended ICPA Webster seminar. Exam to be completed upon graduation to get official Webster certification.
o Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (CCEP) Post Graduation- in progress of completing a seminar series to obtain CCEP certification. Five of seven seminars complete. Exam to be completed upon seminar completion to get official certification.
o Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)- certified IASTM Practitioner through RockTape. Have taken and successfully completed two physical therapy classes during school that covered the basics of IASTM as well.
o Cupping- certified Cupping Practitioner through RockTape. Have taken and successfully completed two physical therapy classes during school that covered the basics of cupping as well.
o Kinesiology Taping- currently working on certification. Have taken and successfully completed two physical therapy classes in school that covered the basics of kinesiology taping. Assisted with patient care applying kinesiology tape in the functional kinesiology department while in student clinic.

• Input patient information into the computer system. Put x-rays in place for daily patient visit. Provided assistance to the chiropractor during patient appointments with documentation and any other needs. Provide assistance to patients checking in to the computer system when needed. Assisted with transferring patient records from old software system to a new one.

Louisiana Pacific Building Products- OSB Mill June 2013- August 2016
Summer Office Employee
• Attended daily meetings and took detailed notes to distribute to the mill. Organized and prepared lunches for meetings. Greeted visitors to the mill and directed them to where they were needed. Answered switchboard and provided the caller with the information they were asking for. Daily work in Microsoft Office programs. Assisted with all daily office needs.
