Because of my history in Low voltage Electrical and Field Systems Integration, as well as
my organizational and communication capabilities, I was able to turn a failing project in to
a multi-Million-dollar success. My processes and procedures not only lead our team to
success, they also changed the view of our Company in the face of the customer. We now
perform more work with three third party vendors, as well as a direct Commercial
networking Entity (CenturyLink) as a result of my labor and efforts. My dictation, as well
as planning, on the fly decision making, and excellence in performance has allowed us to
generate a whole new division of labor. As well, my work led to the hiring of over 40
Highly qualified individuals.
My ability to dictate process also steers the course of the company's new Platform software,
a Ticketing and project management system that is now a leader in Sales for our software
development team.
