Construction Manager-Activating Pilsen Architecture for Humanity, IIT
Educated and led volunteers on proper construction procedures for a particular set of seating designs. Constructed these objects near a school, which were then painted by local artists and families of the Hispanic Pilsen community of Chicago to reflect the community values.

Design/Build Team Roadside Culture Studio, IIT
Managed and designed the construction of a portable marketplace/event stand to use in various Chicago-area food deserts. Renovated an old trailer and constructed a new means of distributing fresh fruits and vegetables for the local Chicago State University’s urban agriculture facility.

Urban Agriculture Volunteer SweetWater Foundation
Guided tours of local students through the facility and educated the community on the benefits of urban agriculture. Maintained, managed and built innovative urban farming systems such as aquaponics.
