Bryan Ardron Resume
Profile
I am currently a third year fashion design student at Parsons School of Design. I am
determined, hard-working, disciplined because of my 14 years of training in ballet. Over the
years, I have developed many skills, both artistic and organizational, making me an asset in
many situations.
Experience Intern for Junlin He – 2020
For the spring semester of my second year at Parsons I worked as an intern for a senior who
was working on their Fashion Design Thesis collection. My duties included multiple variations
of hand beading, assisting with pattern making and revisions, and making muslins. This
experience gave me insight into how a full collection is made with great attention to detail.
Personal Math Tutoring – 2016-2018
In the fall of 2016, I decided to start tutoring students of all different ages in math from the
subjects of Advanced Algebra and below. During my time tutoring I had about six weekly
students at all times. I scheduled my own appointments and transported myself to them. This
experience taught me organization, planning, time management, and how to work with and
teach people of all levels.
Assistant and Substitute Dance Teacher, Civic Dance Center – 2013-2018
From the beginning of eighth grade to the end of high school, I was an assistant and
substitute dance teacher at my dance studio, Civic Dance Center. My responsibilities included
helping teachers teach different styles of dance to the students, demonstrating dance steps
that were difficult and complicated, and filling in for teachers who were unable to teach their
own class. As a substitute, I taught classes of all levels ranging from six year olds to
advanced students. These positions taught me leadership skills and how to be a good
teacher.
National Honor Society – 2015-2018
During my sophomore year of high school, I joined the National Honor Society chapter at my
school, so that I could participate in events that would result in the betterment of my
hometown, Bakersfield, California. Through this organization, I travelled all over my city,
selling cookies and hot chocolate for the homeless, passing out food in food banks, and
babysitting children affected by autism.
