A small, independently-owned American Bistro walking distance from downtown Jacksonville, known for fine, pre-show dining. In addition to the standard bartending duties, I singlehandedly revamped the signature cocktail menu, filling it with recipes of my own design. I took the position of Bar Manager in February 2020, becoming responsible for liquor/beer stocking and ordering, beverage menu, and bartender communication. My experience in this field is limited, as the industry was shortly afterward affected by the coronavirus outbreak.

AWARDS
Jack Daniels Jack Backstage contest winner, 2019
A contest for creating an original cocktail recipe using a Jack Daniels product. Prize included an expenses-paid trip to Lynchburg, TN to have a backstage tour of the Jack Daniels distilling process. Over the course of the weekend, I witnessed every piece of Jack Daniels production- including cooperage-made connections, and stayed on the Jack Daniels property.
