WORK EXPERIENCE
Front Desk Receptionist – Purify Infrared Sauna Retreat February 2019 – present

· Managing and scheduling appointments, sending out appointment reminders via email, phone, or text

· Greet clients as they arrive and have them complete a waiver and fill in any additional personal information

· Maintain a spotless welcoming and calming environment, regularly taking out trash and restocking retail items or ensuring rooms are full stocked

· Clean sauna rooms between clients and restock any items necessary (towels, wraps, wipes, etc.); as well as folding laundry as needed
