7. Assist senior architect for liasioning, construction coordination with
various consultants and PMC.
8. Checking HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing services drawings
provided by consultants for various projects, making sure its
integration with the design
9. Review technical reports of lifts in terms of drawings and
specifications.
10. Checking BOQ made by consultants with respect to the design
approved
11. Review area statements to prepare construction areas and
saleable area statements
12. Standardization across the projects with respect to common
features as in window grills etc

During and Post Construction stage :
1. Detailed review of all the deliverables received from the consultants
i.e, architecture, structure, MEP, interior, landscape , infrastructure
services and prepare design options/solutions for problem areas to
clarify, expedite the design development as per
management /marketing/project quality requirements.
2. Co-ordination with design consultants and service consultants to
get data from them in stipulated time for speedy completion of
projects
3. Day to day documentation for inputs and outputs with proper
folder management set by senior architect
4. Value engineering and value addition through design
5. Interface with project teams to include build -ability/ budget
criteria/ input on design specs and execution
6. To ensure execution/implementation as per brief specification and
finishes of Mock-Up Flats and Marketing office
7. To ensure RFI from site are executed as per Design solutions.
8. Tracking the project and updating the schedule . Preparing MIS
and presentations for management review.
9. Maintaining the data base of vendors and suppliers
10. Coordination with consultants to obtain as-built drawings of the
project
