- Worked with Attorneys to research the various cases that came in. This involved investigating the case documentation, extracting the relevant information, and writing briefs for the Attorneys to review.
- Worked with the Case Adjustors to research the financial precedent of various claims.
- Went through to organize and index assigned adjustors inboxes and faxes
