Grand Restaurant Group Rancho Santa Fe, California
GRG is a growing hospitality group that runs resort destination Bandy Canyon Ranch, Bellamy’s upscale French restaurant, and newly opened Ponsaty’s in Rancho Santa Fe headed by Master Chef Patrick Ponsaty.
Payroll/Accounts Payable/Bookkeeping 1/2015 – 9/2020
· Responsible for all fiduciary aspects of all three business ventures
· Processed Accounts Payable transactions which included generating checks, organizing, distribution and month end journal entries.
· Perform daily bank and book reconciliations for the Accounts Payable accounts and updated the general ledger system as needed for outstanding checks.
· Full cycle Accounts Payable, processed up to 350 invoices a month. Monitored accounts with 300+ vendors as well as renegociated payment terms.
· Process payroll on a weekly basis using ADP. Resolved all garnishment and tax related issues. Maintained employee information and enroll new employees in benefit programs.
· Excellent technology skills; proficient in Quickbooks, Outlook, POS, Micros, Squirrel, ADP and Word.

Water Grill San Diego, California
A newly renovated multi-million dollar restaurant in the Gaslamp Quarter setting the bar for fresh seafood in San Diego opened in March of this year. Owned by King's Seafood Company, Water Grill has its own seafood distribution arm that feeds each location's seasonal seafood. Lou & Mickey’s and King’s Fish House are also locally operated by King’s Seafood.
