� From start to finish, earning a degree in English Literature from UCLA requires extensive writing and revision of all forms of literary and informational work, including movie scripts, theater scripts, academic journals, historical compendiums, research reports, and analyses. Students are required to produce these works individually as well as examine and assess peer productions, often working with students in other departments, such as Film and Linguistics, who may require assistance with brainstorming and polishing their work before submission.
