What sets me apart from the crowd is my ability to connect with people and understand their needs; adapt to my environment and quickly grasp concepts; TEAM PLAYER; present myself with a force of nature; keen sense of being and integrity; self-motivated and self-reliant to take on tasks and finish in a timely manner; positive mindset and attitude which encourages others, in other words, leadership.

Experience:
Intern | Molie Malone | July 2017
A short summer internship, however it was the perfect peek into the interior design world. I helped with re-organizing the materials library; assist the junior designer with taking measurements of a client’s space; create a client’s proposed floor plan on Sketchup; create tear sheets; use Wecora to organize client’s mood/material boards; was taught how to read blue prints and their details; learned about fabrics and their uses.

Assistant Manager | Ristorante Parma |
Aug 2015 - Present
Managing my family’s restaurant is what gives me pride, integrity and a drive to work harder every day. From managing front of house duties, greeting and serving guests, and assisting in accounting, I give my all to our restaurant. I strongly believe in treating all our guests as family and our reviews reflect this notion.

Purchaser | Decorist | Jan 2017 – Feb 2017
Although a temporary job, I have gained valuable insight from the online interior design company, Decorist. Placing orders for furniture and décor items for clients; guest service for clients who have already purchased items or interested in purchasing items for their final design; managing returns for items that have been purchased through Decorist. One of many Decorist’s achievements that I’ve assisted in was surpassing the purchasing quota for the week.

Leasing Associate | Gables Residential |
April 2014 – Aug 2015
Being a leasing associate for Gables was professional and challenging, yet fun. Daily tasks included: consultation with prospective residents of their desires for their new apartment home; combining guest service, sales and marketing to lease apartment homes; conducting thorough viewings of the apartment community and models; making residents feel genuinely taken care of and maintaining resident satisfaction and retention. I’ve worked for two apartment communities in Houston, Texas and residents of both communities knew me by name and always reached out to me whenever there was a problem with their apartment, because they knew I would bend over backwards to get things done in a timely manner and have all their needs met.
