Project Manager / Estimator
Supervise the daily responsibilities of managing multiple projects simultaneously for 5 installers on projects up to $100K. This includes job site analysis, design evaluations, bid estimates and proposals, work flow scheduling, problem resolution and site inspections to ensure projects are on track to completion dates.
 Work closely with Quality Assurance managers to perform final walk-through and site inspections once the project is completed to identify key areas that could be improved upon and discuss areas that need to be addressed in safety meetings with employees.

CROWN CASTLE MILLWORK, Phoenix, AZ 2015 -- 2016
Engineer
Managed multiple project simultaneously in regards to AutoCad drawings for residential woodwork based on customer presentations and approvals of the final plans. Evaluated architect drawing to develop templates used by manufacturing operators to cut parts for the project.
 Utilized multiple resources to create the hardware requirements needed for each project through online sites and resources to ensure proper guidelines were followed to meet the overall project goal.

SIEMENS SII, Phoenix, AZ 2013 -- 2015
Engineering Assistant (2013 – 2015)
Managed all aspects of material procurement, engineering support, attended weekly safety meetings with Quality Assurance Manager as well as assisted in training and issuing safety gear to all employees.
 Handled the expansion for a large financial institution that included monthly billing of invoices and reconciliation of account transactions for a project that was valued at $2.5M.
 Developed and implemented safety ACCESS datasheets used to track all branch employees, equipment, cars and safety trainings for three company locations. This helped the company to be recognized at the National Conference for the company as well as an individual recognition for the work done on this project.

Handled setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting equipment designed to manufacture gear components for wind turbines.
