Entry Level Software Developer
I discovered in my first two positions out of university that my employers had challenges with making their existing software packages do what the accounting teams needed to get done. This could be as straight forward as working with the integrity of the databases, or as thought-provoking as discovering why individual team members had difficulty understanding the workflow of the systems and why they were asked to swivel chair between. While I have been successful at teaching myself Node.JS, I needed more and invested in myself to recently complete the highly respected Northwestern University’s Coding Boot Camp in Evanston IL. I love using technology to accelerate problem solving.
