Between Levy Catering and Sihanouk Hospital Center of HOPE I worked and lived in the Appalachian Mountains doing various jobs in order to get into physician assistant school. Many of them were unrelated, since over the course of three years I moved three times (Sylva, NC-Asheville, NC- Athens, GA). The temporary jobs included personal care aide, medical assistant, valet parking attendant, telephone sales representative and dishwasher.
