1. Child Fund - Kenya. January 2017 � July 2019.
Project Manager - WASH
Projects implemented: Rainwater harvesting and rural water supply and sanitation schemes: Provided overall technical guidance and leadership for implementation of activities within the WASH technical area, taking into consideration the design and implementation of other complementing rehabilitation intervention within the programme; Borehole drilling and Dam survey design.

Other responsibilities: Promoting safe WASH practices; Train communities about Community - Led Total Sanitation (CLTS); Providing support in the design, implementation and follow up of WASH routine monitoring and supervision plan; Undertaking technical inspection of WASH infrastructure implementations; leading in guidance and documentation to ensure the active dissemination of project findings and lessons learned through the production of high quality materials and their effective dissemination to key stakeholders; Developing, managing and institutionalizing policies, guidelines, materials, tools, knowledge and learning in the field of WASH; Putting systems in place to ensure WASH information required to monitor progress and impact indicators is collected, compiled and analyzed appropriately; Coordinating and undertaking infrastructural planning activities of the communities; Preparing tender and contract documents and the administration of the contract works

Projects implemented: Successful Introduction of Cold asphalt Premix manufacturing and usage to East Africa roads being the first of a kind; introduction and installation of Polycarbonate Road Barriers/Guard rails in East Africa. Nairobi Roads Rapid Decongestion Programme Lot -5, Emergency works for Reinstatement of critical Washout/Flood damages on Athi River - Uthiru (A104) Road, Pavement Pothole Patching using Cold Asphalt, Augmentation and Improvement of the Ol�kalou Town Water Supply, Rehabilitation of Rironi - Kimende Road (A104) amongst others.
Other responsibilities: Providing support to the operation on matters relating to environmental health and safety (EHS) including developing and driving initiatives leading to continuous improvement in the workplace; taking part in induction training of new staffs on (EHS) regulations (TOT); Supervision of capital projects; Identification of wealth experienced list of contractors and sub-contractors for various projects while providing the technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through to implementation; preparation of designs, specifications and cost for construction and reconstruction of WASH facilities and Road projects.
