Shepherds College is a three-year accredited post-secondary school, training individuals with intellectual disabilities for employment in the culinary, horticulture, and technology fields.

• Developed all aspects academic training from conception to successful implementation resulting in employment placement rate of 86% for 2017 graduates.
• Created experiential and learner-centered curriculum to prepare students with intellectual disabilities for gainful employment; taught classes and conducted staff trainings.
• Evaluated student needs and industry employment standards to develop curriculum for employment readiness.
• Designed curriculum and assessment benchmarks for all academic classes, including Employment Readiness, Communications, Culinary Arts, Horticulture, and Technology.

•Coordinated logistics for summer camp and county fair.
