Specialized Costa Mesa 2017-2018
I was the Service technician, servicing all bikes, repairing shocks, forks, wheels, and basic service of the bicycle.

Beeline Bike Repair 2016-2017
As General manager, operator of a repair van, marketing and sales. I had a full job. I was in charge of a total of three vans in Orange County.

Team Bike Works 2013-2016
As I perform the task of Sales and Service of bicycles and bicycle accessories I strived for excellence in customer satisfaction.

Cal Pacific Export Packers 2007-2009
I acted in a supervisory position overlooking the logistics of incoming and outgoing of hotel furniture. This position was working for a friend and I knew going in that it would only last as long as we had the project. Unfortunately the project ended and I am left looking for a job again.

SSR Motorsports 2006-2007

The job was sales when I started and grew into a vast array of customer service, making a flyer once a month, getting all needed info for upcoming
conventions, dealt with shipping and trained new employees. This job was much more than sales and I did not see the silver lining coming around the corner. The only reason I left was they were unwilling to pay me for the extra noncommissioned effort.

Patriot Motorcycles Corporation 2005-2006
I was the Western Regional Sales Manager for Patriot Motorcycles Corporation. My responsibilities included locating potential new dealers and facilitating their entry into the Patriot family. I serviced the current dealers and I was responsible for on and off site dealer education. I also used my excellent customer service skills to handle warranty issues.
On the marketing end, I also enjoy planning our presentation at consumer and trade shows. I help dealers with advertising ideas and I have assisted
relocating dealers to a better location.
My time at Patriot has been an educational as well as profitable time. I have relished the entrepreneurial spirit at Patriot. I am always ready to seek similarly profitable ventures with an established company who is ready to utilize my vision.

Tank Sports Inc. 2003-2005

My responsibilities included generating sales and marketing ideas for a young start up company. I developed new customers and helped those customers utilize our new product to facilitate their company growth. Tank Sports started as a bicycle importer, moving into bicycle manufacture and currently transitioning into a motorcycle importer and manufacturer. I became involved in many aspects of product certification, familiarity of various state laws regarding the motorized products, trade show presentation and even shipping. Although I see potential in a start up company, the infrastructure of a small business did not make it possible for me to achieve my high sales goals.

Owner: Downey Cyclery 1996-2003
As owner of this small bicycle shop, I took pride in servicing my loyal customers. As this was a small shop with few employees, I did everything from
mechanics, sales, ordering and display to maintenance and cleaning the bathroom. Unfortunately, this enterprise was more work than income.

Mr. Mom 1994-1996
Basic home care and child care of a newborn baby. My wife returned to her long-time, well paying job and I assumed the duties of raising a baby. I am a
proud husband of 28 years and dad for 15. Commitment is my middle name.

Express Auto Dismantling 1990-1994
The sale of used auto parts, I managed employees, developed an automotive dealer base and assisted in starting a new computer program for inventorying and cross-referencing parts.

EDUCATION
High School Graduate with supplementary business courses from Mt. San Antonio College and Rio Hondo College. I have also completed a Dale
Carnegie Sales Management course.
