I am writing to express my interest with the Allegiant Source team. I truly believe my education, life and
work experience have prepared me for a position with your team.
I have acquired a strong skill set over the span of my work career. The main reason I was able to achieve
this was because my work ethic was always noticeable. Many positions required a level of awareness and
safety. My current field is in the live entertainment industry. This entails working with industrial equipment,
loading and unloading heavy casings, building large structures, and most important working with your
team. During this time I was given opportunities to receive further training in higher positions and more
certifications with motorized vehicles such as forklift, scissor, and boom lifts. With more trust and
experience I was then able to become an arena rigger. This entails installations on narrow steal beams 100
plus feet in the air. This required the utmost safety practices, teamwork, and the attention to detail needed
more than any position prior. Outside of this I also acquired my Bachelors in Recording Arts, which taught
me the ins and outs of recording and mixing professional audio. During this time I also took the liberty of
sharpening my skills in live audio working from churches, to hard metal venues, and even to corporate
settings. This not only pushed my limits in executing the events, but gave me the confidence I now have
with creating a professional audio experience. Given the opportunities and succeeding in these positions
are not only professional achievements but also personal ones. Knowing that I am more than capable of
doing the tasks at hand. This is the type of work ethic, motivation, and success I hope to bring to the
table.
