Responsibilities include morning ADl�s, training from Min to Max assistance to all surfaces including Hoyer lifts, siding boards, and all adaptive equipment. In-service training to rehabilitation team on the topic of CVA treatments including but not limited to crossing midline and left neglect. Attended in service training for prosthetic training for amputees, and AIDS safety precautions.

Use of AD to increase patient independence in home environment. Caregiver and spouse education with education and training om hone assessments and home safety upon discharge. Documentation for daily and weekly progress notes and using Barthel Index levels. Level II fieldwork Clinical Instructor for 4 COTA students supervising and teaching in all areas of skilled occupational therapy needed for clinical reasoning and documentation with daily notes and billing.
