Student taught in Mrs. Henderson’s kindergarten classroom during the 2017-2018 school year. Was only required to go during certain days during the first half of the year but still went even on days not required. Lead the whole class during morning pledge and calendar time. Also, developed lesson plans for and lead the station groups. Observed several teachers, including a first and second grade teacher, a few kindergarten teachers, and the S.T.E.M and Gym teachers. Helped out those teachers and their students when needed. Also, developed and filmed three lesson plans for edTPA. Taught a lesson with the Principal in the room. Made sure the kids got to the restroom, recess, their specials for the day, and lunch safely.
