Recreation Assistant Athens First United Methodist Church, Athens, GA October 2017 - Present
• Prepare and organize the gym before basketball practices
• Assist coaches during games and practices for basketball
• Score basketball games for K-8th Grade
• Sell concessions and tickets during games

Event Management Intern AthFest Educates, Athens, GA February 2017 - October 2017
• Planned and executed the first AthHalf 5K in support of AthFest Educates
• Created a post-race space, which included a beer garden, live music, and popcorn
• Coordinated volunteer sign-ups and positions on race day
• Prepared and mailed race packets for virtual runners
• Read and organized post-race feedback


VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE

Executive Director Camp Kesem August 2018 – Present
Camp Kesem is an organization that provides a free week-long summer camp to children who have a parent affected by cancer.
• Lead executive board of 19 coordinators in strategic outreach, recruitment, development, operations and communications programs
• Strategize communication to alumni, donors, volunteers and families served
• Manage $150,000 budget and supervise all programming, activities, staff and volunteers for two weeks of camp
• Liaise with local advisory board and Camp Kesem National staff on strategies and tactics to further mission

Alumni, Marketing, and Public Relations Coordinator Camp Kesem August 2017 – July 2018
• Selected to be on the executive board after an application process and an interview
• Attended weekly executive board meetings to discuss upcoming events and projects
• Designed graphics for events and promotional items
• Managed social media, including Instagram and Facebook
• Planned two alumni reunions, in the Fall and Spring

Mentor Shop with a Bulldawg December 2016, 2017, 2018
Shop with a Bulldawg is an organization that pairs two University of Georgia students with a mentee from the Athens Clarke county to shop for Christmas presents that they would not otherwise be able to afford.
• Mentored a boy with ADHD, taking him to Target to spend his designated $100
• Raised $50 for the organization
