Land surveying field crew chief employing the use of a total station and GPS equipment to perform land surveys, construction surveys, elevation certificates, and ALTA surveys including Providence Gas Co., U.S. Naval Base, Newport, RI. Also reduced field notes and performed extensive deed, ownership, and utility research.
? Completed OWTS (Onsite Wastewater Treatment System) designs including one of the state�s first large scale pressurized shallow narrow drain fields and recirculating sand filters at the Portsmouth Abbey School in Portsmouth, RI
? Performed lot layouts (traditional and innovative zoning), road designs, grading, drainage designs, and detail specifications for residential subdivision and commercial development applications using Technical Release-55 and 24-Hour Type III storm models including:
� George Patton Associates, Inc., Bristol, RI � commercial underground storm water infiltration design w/ integrated basin analysis
� Preserve at the Oaks, Exeter, RI � 18 lot residential subdivision drainage design with detention and infiltration basins, cut/fill analysis, and material cost analysis
? Performed calculations for structural loading and sizing for residential housing applications
