QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in office environment, data entry, and general office work. Carried out filing and data entry, answered telephones, performed data management. Bilingual- fluent in English/Spanish. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
WORK HISTORY
2003-2008 Bilingual Education Specialist - Greene Intermediate School
Supervised the Bilingual Department at the intermediate level while coordinating multiple, leadership duties and office work. These duties required a high level of parent, teachers and administrators communication. This include translating at conference, writing documentation, and interpreting various meetings. Responsible for training and assisting teaching staff in planning, implementing and individualizing the educational program to meet the needs of each child.
2008-2014 Little Hands Giant Steps Child Care Center - Administrator
Administrative support and reception for the children’s programs including answering calls, data entry, filing, document creation, operating office equipment and oversee the day-to-day operations of a child care center. Responsible for educational programs, facility policies, coordinate the center and the hiring and training of employees. Report to my superiors with constant meetings, emails, data, and plan future projects.
2018– Currently -Head Teacher
Head Teacher- 2s class. Currently using Frog Street curriculum. Providing positive learning experiences and assessing the development need of the children. Planning plus observation logs.
