• I regularly trained, facilitated meetings, and created progress reports for 4-8 volunteer missionaries. I was given an additional opportunity to help train and mentor a missionary in a one on one capacity.
• Each morning my partner and I created an hourly schedule and set numerical goals for that day. We would also evaluate our performance from the previous day and discuss how we could improve during this planning time.
• I taught and interacted with many different people every day. I learned good social skills and conversational skills, such as eye contact, body language, and how to listen to others.
