While I was growing up, I often watched Mega-Structures, aired on the National geographic Channel. The Aesthetic Designs, techniques, structure and funds contributing to the physical growth of a country enthralled me. Fascinated, I chose architecture for my five year undergraduate program.
I am currently pursuing Masters of Science in Real Estate Practices at Pratt Institute. The various courses I have taken so far have armed me with core skills such as financial and legal aspects of the real estate industry. Preparing a financial pro-forma, understanding the working and implementation of the bylaws in New York City and Project management are some of the areas of interest I have developed in the past two semesters at graduate school.
I am a motivated professional with good time management, multitasking and organizational traits. As a person who prospers under high pressure and fast paced situations, I maintain a positive environment and work ethic. Additionally, I possess expertise in event management and an aptitude for optimizing performance and motivating colleagues.
