At All about Numbers, I was hired on to work the 2018 tax season and provide office support after the tax season. During tax season, I worked full time, 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include, greeted clients, accept documents, and answer a multi-line telephone. Input data for client’s tax returns. Review the information for accuracy. Preform general office duties, file, make copies, and maintain office equipment. Provide clerical support to management and other duties as assigned.

In the Accounting and Finance office I was a student assistant and provided support to office manager Diamelle Abalos. I learned my responsibilities quickly and was soon managing the office independently, so Ms. Abalos could address department needs outside of the office. Duties included greeting the public, directing calls, typing various office documents, filed, made copies. I provided support to the Office Manager for various department projects as well as providing support to the professors with their own projects, for example (San Joaquin Valley Business Forecast). I worked events like Accounting Night and Meet the Firms as well, setting up, working the event and clean up.
