[EQUINE BUSINESS OWNER AND INSTRUCTOR, BRIDLEWOOD FARM
Using ABA to train horses and riders of all ability levels. World caliber horses and rider produced through thousands of hours of training riders and horses. While in this position I gained teaching using PRT, TPR, verbal instruction and positive feedback methods.
2016 – 2017
LONG TERM SUBSTITUTE ECTA, AL STANBACK MIDDLE SCHOOL
ECTA in a middle school autism classroom, working with severe needs AU students to collect data, teach group instruction, one on one teaching, behavioral intervention and learning to be part of a seven-person team between two classrooms.
2017-2018
ECTA VERBAL AND NON-VERBAL AU CLASSROOMS, EAST CHAPEL HILL HIGH SCHOOL
Implementation of group teaching small and large, behavioral management, transition training in community, working with numerous communications devices, individualized lesson planning using touch math and other curriculums, working in a team environment with other specialists, were all responsibilities of this position. This position provided me with training needed to become an effective RBT in the AU field.
2018- 2019 (Current)
FSC AUTISM CENTER and AVEANNA
RBT certification and training received for both in home and in center settings. Working closely with other RBTs and BCBA to develop skills necessary to write accurate reports, record data, apply ABC data to determine the function of behavior, receive and apply feedback, and continue learning with each new client.

Keystone Achievements
Program and Training coordinator for the Pueblo Region. Senior RBT responsibilities within the position include scheduling, communication with parents, working with BCBAs to complete assessments and programing. Creation of manipulative and Peak assessment tools. Supervising other RBTs within the center. Providing feedback and performing reviews on performance. Performing six-month performance reviews of RBT performance. Supervising a team of RBTs including approval of time-cards, ensuring service logs are completed and completing adjustments to time cards in ADP. Making sure notes in catalyst are completed by BT’s and client signatures are received.
EDUCATION
MARCH 24 TH 2019
[EDUCATIONAL STUDIES], [GRAND CANYON UNIVERSITY]
The track for this degree changed as it was originally supposed to be special and general education, all of those course requirements were met, except student teaching. Documentation of practicum hours can be supplied. 3.8 GPA has been maintained and graduation with honors will occur in March of this year.
June of 2019 to current- [Masters Studies] FIT ABA, GCU Psychology, SJU criminal justice with embedded ABA course sequence. Current GPA 3.8 Projected graduation date January 2021.

Structured learning environment to reduce behaviors wit AU clients or students. Week long certification course.
June 2018, Relias and hands on training
80+ hours of training related to RBT qualifications. Training included ethical guidelines, reporting, and industry standards. Further hands on training in leading circle time, blocking behaviors, in home visits, and more in depth look at recording data were received.

My passions include continued learning and working with children. When outside of work I am constantly searching for new information on my field and completing school work. When not studying, I love coaching softball and baseball as well as drawing, knitting and crocheting. When opportunity arises, I enjoy heading up activities for children such as community Halloween events.
