MOBILE APP DEVELOPER BOXIT!, SELF EMPLOYED — 2019-PRESENT
BoxIt! is an augmented reality app that helps people get organized. As the developer and designer of BoxIt! I designed all aspects of the UI/UX creating a blueprint for the finished product. I implemented this plan using Googles Flutter framework and Dart programming language. In addition; I used Keras and Tensorflow Lite for programming the AI model. Finally bringing it all together to create an exceptional organizational experience.
APPLE GENIUS, APPLE INC. — 2010-2014
As an Apple Genius I provided fact to fact technical support to customers of Apple products. Mac, iPhone, and more. I would diagnose issues and provide hardware or software repairs as needed. In addition I would answer technical questions for customers in easy to understand terms.
IS&T MENTOR WEST COAST, APPLE INC. — 2010-2011
As IS&T mentor I was the first level support for Apple’s retail store servers and other IT systems. Tracking issues and escalating as needed. Making sure stores in the region are in compliance with company standards. I also went to new store opening and made sure all in store IT equipment and servers were running correctly the first day of opening.

As a Mac Specialist I provided in person help and sales of Mac and iOS products at the Apple store.
