As the Executive Assistant, I was responsible for coordinating restaurant operations, marketing projects, managing corporate client accounts and strategic partnerships while developing and restructuring the wine class business by changing the class offerings and composing and more profitable schedule. This change in programming resulted in an increase of 60% to 90% percent in just eight months.
