OBJECTIVE

Part-time server, served guests in fast-paced environment and managed time for an optimal experience for each guest. Minor bartending skills, trained new servers and familiarized them with company rules, resolved customer concerns, expansive knowledge of the restaurant’s menu.

Horse Rescue November 2007 - June 2013 Volunteer
Maintained inventory of supplies and placed purchase orders accordingly. Developed cleaning schedules and enforced proper feeding for cattle. Trained horses.
