I’m looking to start a career in the culinary field, more specifically as a baker/pastry chef. I have taken culinary and baking classes since high school and am currently earning my degree in baking and pastry arts at GTCC.

Oversaw the kitchen and handled it by myself when not too busy, but also had another person come in and help when too busy.

Currently studying to become a baker/pastry chef, and I attend school during the day 3-4 days out of the week.

Earned my diploma from Page High, as well as attending Weaver Academy for 2 years and earning my ServSafe certification for Food Protection Manager.

• Patient and always willing to learn
ACTIVITIES
I am ServSafe certified as a Food Protection Manager and have several years of experience in the culinary industry. I am currently earning my degree in Baking and Pastry Arts as I want to become a baker/pastry chef. Ultimately I want to own my own bakery someday.
