My main job at this company was the setup, break down, and food service for an array of events including weddings and conferences. I worked as a server, captain, and truck driver. My main goals were to provide excellent service and create a lasting memory on the guest.

At Tommy’s I worked as hostess and busser. My main job was answering the phone, scheduling any reservations, call backs, confirmations, and being the first impression that customers have of the restaurant. I was also in charge of seating guest by server’s sections and rotating tables fairly.

I worked as bottlegirl on weekends for Whiskey Row and a hostess during brunch on the weekends as well. I thrive in the nightlife and loved being around the people.

I did everything from hosting to bartending- including bussing, food running, opening and closing a full-service bar. Was fully knowledgeable on all of our 38 beers on tap that changed every 4-5 days.
