Senior Fashion Designer/Creative Director
I am Jake Vernon Peak. Please accept my portfolio for the Fashion Designer opportunity. I just returned from 2 months at my manufacturers in Seoul, Korea and Ganzhou, China for the 2nd time this year. I have over 11+ years of experience as an Apparel Designer and I would love to join your team.
Currently, I just launched my Luxe streetwear capsule collection called Sins Of War by Jake Peak for ------------ I designed, sourced, produced, merchandised, styled, and creative directed the entire launch and production with my team and investor.
Previously this year, I designed a luxe Women's collection that is a collaboration between Frilly Inc LA and a hot New Mexican designer who created an organization that partners with community artisans in creating ethnic handmade beaded embellishment trims. I am using these embellishments to produce a refined collection of contemporary evening gowns with an aesthetic of old world meets modern city chic. I also revamped frilly�s product line and developed a patented jumpsuit that uses Primary Technology to automatically measure a womans body with the click of. A button. Frilly is a company founded in tech the whole operation is geared for women to digitally customize their purchases.
In my former role as Senior Designer for The No. J, which is an East meets West label, I designed and produced the forthcoming launch of a luxe women's luxe streetwear and dresses label. I have sold to the following high end accounts for : Nordstroms, Bloomingdales, Barneys, Saks Fifth Avenue, Luisa Varioma, Intermix, Please Do Not Enter, H Lorenzo. I have also designed product for fst fashion accounts at: Pac Sun, Revolve, Gilt, Rue La La, Amazon, QVC, Chicos, & Torrid. My natural design aesthetic infuses vintage details with a modern, architectural street edge.
