however remarkable customer service is always provided. I assist in the hiring process as well as
training and overseeing the staff in order to establish a productive environment.
I would also assist clients with the initial claim as the first responder. Keeping a calm and steady
voice helped ease the insured when as well. they needed to file a claim. Depending on the
severity of the claim, I would have to go to the insured location to assist with filing the claim. I

customers and allowed me to be very precise in my work. I soon received a promotion from
Spherion to another company that allowed me to utilize the skills I learned in my previous
position as well as challenged my weakness. Essentially, operating the front desk of their main
office, answering all calls, creating and organizing appointment, and successfully filing
important documents were my duties as the receptionist. Collaborating these skills assisted in
future advancements of my career. Call center experience, customer service, phone operations,
and data entry were essential tools mastered in this position.
