As a licensed marketing coordinator, gaining and retaining business is vital for the office

operations. Meeting certain quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis are required in my day to

day responsibilities. Managing customer accounts, payments, and funds are also crucial to this

position. Sales are primary to none as it relates to meeting the service needs of the customer;

however remarkable customer service is always provided. I assist in the hiring process as well as

training and overseeing the staff in order to establish a productive environment.

I would also assist clients with the initial claim as the first responder. Keeping a calm and steady

voice helped ease the insured when as well. they needed to file a claim. Depending on the

severity of the claim, I would have to go to the insured location to assist with filing the claim. I

Call Center Supporter was the starting level position at this office. Demonstrating skills for fast,

opportunity to take classed in property and casualty along with life and health. I went on to gain

my license in both life and health and property and casualty. Currently working in an industry

selling insurance to benefit customer’s lifestyles and minimize risks is a pleasurable challenge.

Quotas and goals are presented quarterly and I continue to exceed those requirements. Obtaining

and retaining customers are daily tasks within my current position. I have explored many

service support and managing teams of 6 or more. Having patience and being able to work under

calls from disaster victims and provide all the information on the Red Cross system that was

needed for immediate relief. Working in a hectic and busy call center taught me patience with

customers and allowed me to be very precise in my work. I soon received a promotion from

Spherion to another company that allowed me to utilize the skills I learned in my previous

position as well as challenged my weakness. Essentially, operating the front desk of their main

office, answering all calls, creating and organizing appointment, and successfully filing

important documents were my duties as the receptionist. Collaborating these skills assisted in
