Organize chemical dependency support groups within the recovery program
Utilize community resources to assist the client in plans for education, vocational, training, employment, etc
Assist in the interviewing process for women going into transitional housing

Identifies areas of homeless people and initiates contact using engagement techniques to establish initial relationship with a homeless person to triage needs and establish communication
Identifies other individuals and organizations providing similar outreach services, develop working relationships, and coordinate outreach activities by sharing information, communicating plans, ideas, and strategies to engage the homeless
Attends and participates in meetings to offer experiences, ideas, and feedback on grant implementation, direct services provided, and coordinate with others on ending homelessness, i.e., related Continuum of Care Committees
Complete intakes and assessments for individuals coming into emergency services
Create and maintain a large network of service providers and community leader to serve our guest
Coordinate housing with clients, with housing locators and agency program staff
Advocating with other agencies for individuals to receive necessary services and housing.
Develop a safety plan for families that have experienced domestic violence.
