San Francisco Center for the Book | SF | Jan-Feb 2020
I was hired to create a new organizational system for the library and update the software used to itemize and track the collection. My system allowed the browsing library to become a lending library, increasing community and artist access. At the same time, I took initiative in assisting the curator by setting up public programming events and working extra hours to stage manage talks.

Metropolitan Museum of Art | NYC | Jan-Feb 2019
With limited direction, developed a methodology on Excel to determine what items were the best candidates for deaccession based on circulation history and availability online, locally and via ILL . This system applied to over 1000 serials titles, with over 27,000 volumes. By implementing the findings, the Watson Library will create several years of growth space for the collection without impacting the offsite storage budget. At the Costume Institute Library, I digitally archived over one hundred 1920s design paintings. Other responsibilities included barcoding, assigning call numbers, offsite labeling and packing, and stacks organization.

Bennington Museum | Vermont | Fall 2018
While at school, I sought out an internship with the local Bennington Museum Library and Archive. I archived research materials and fulfilled reference requests regarding genealogy research, which required excellent record keeping and cataloging on an analog system

Folger Shakespeare Library | Washington, DC | Jan - Feb 2018
As a Public Programs Intern, I assisted with theatre, consort, talks, screenings, and poetry events. In order to apprentice the house manager, I volunteered at the theater extra nights after work. I monitored the 2018-2019 season auditions, filmed and edited marketing videos, worked two theater conventions, transcribed the Folger podcasts, and managed day to day office tasks and organizational projects.

Club di Giulietta | Verona, IT | Jan-Feb 2016 (Remote Work 2016-2018)
Projects included managing the mass hand-written transcription project of Romeo and Juliet in both English and Italian, and properly archiving over six hundred letters in the club’s archival collection.
I was the resident English letter writer and managed the museum shop on weekdays. I worked hospitality during the Verona in Love festival, giving directions, information, and tours to English tourists.

San Francisco Shakespeare Festival | SF | Summer 2017
During the SFSF summer camp, I was a Shakespeare Teaching Artist and Aftercare Manage. Skills include working well with children and being able to communicate difficult concepts with clarity.

Technical Theater | Various | 2015 -
I have stage managed both educational and professional productions, running a team of up to fifty people in high-stresse situations. Other experience includes house management, run crew, light and sound operation, and ushering. Contact for a complete list of experience.
