WORK EXPERIENCE
Pool Technician/Pool Filter Repairman: June 2019 – October 2019
Brian’s Pool Plastering Buena Park, CA
• Mediated between upset clients and manager, communicated client’s needs and demands by negotiating schedules, increasing maintenance time on the pool in order to maintain customer satisfaction and retain clients to the company.
• Repaired pool filters by taking them apart, replaced/fixed broken parts and put the filters back together to help keep the client’s pools clean.
• Maintained on a weekly basis small/Olympic sized pools requiring knowledge of pool-chemistry and how to manipulate/balance the chemistry of things like PH, chlorine, Alkalinity, phosphates, salt pools, calcium hardness, algae etc. all at the same time to keep the pools in like new condition.
• Dictated and changed routes to accommodate for clients’ needs and would regularly have to call each individual client (40+ of them) to see which days work for them apart from their regular time.
• Completed every aspect of the job on my own aside from the occasional instruction from my manager over the phone.

• Repaired Biola University’s dormitory buildings in a team of Biola students and had to work reliably on my own for certain projects like fixing up a dormitory’s entire floor by myself.

• Collaborated with multiple coaches on which drills should be used to provide a wide variety of training for children of all ages.
• Encouraged and assisted children individually who would struggle with the drills, as well as spoke with parents as to what their child could improve on.
