Education Volunteer June 2019 – February 2020
• Instructed oral English as a second language and designed 70 lessons for over 140 university students from rural China at Southwest University, Rongchang Campus (?????????).
• Held weekly office hours and English Corners to support students and community members’ learning through opportunities for authentic English-speaking practice and production.
• Established an English resource center to provide students with English-learning resources, including both academic and entertainment alike, to stimulate and foster a continued motivation for language learning.

Provincial Representative January 2020 – February 2020
• Elected by her fellow provincial volunteers to represent Chongqing and serve as the formal bridge between volunteers and staff in order to improve the volunteer experience.
• Communicated with Peace Corps China staff to relay questions, concerns, joys, and issues that volunteers experienced.
• Identified outdated Peace Corps China policies and collaborated with staff and volunteers to find realistic and applicable amendments.

• Researched current national and regional economic policy issues in Southeast Asia to determine their effects on U.S. private sector investments in ASEAN.

• Designed and executed detailed analysis of USAID’s top contractors, and connected with these contractors to develop women’s empowerment partnership projects on behalf of The Asia Foundation.
• Researched and wrote project grant proposals for the Women’s Empowerment Program to secure funding from USAID and the United States Department of State.

• Responsible for overseeing the operation of seven departments of Tufts Student Resources.
