Student Teaching Experience
In Spring of 2019, I completed 120 hours of student teaching at an elementary school, which consisted of assisting the teacher in the classroom as well as planning and teaching three lessons of my own. In Fall of 2019, I completed 210 hours of student teaching at a middle school, teaching a four part pen and ink lesson. In both the Spring and Fall semesters of 2019, I planned and taught a two hour art lesson to a class of 9 and 10 year olds for Pratt’s Saturday Art School program every week.


Childcare/ Volunteer Experience
-I was a trusted babysitter for several families in my neighborhood, including the Cappabianca family ------------), the Kearney family ------------) the Buist family ------------) and the Gruapera family ------------).
-I volunteered as a camp counselor from the summer of 2010 to the summer of 2013.
-In the summers of 2016 and 2017, I traveled to Guatemala to work with the Potter's House organization, which helps feed and educate underprivileged children.
-I have volunteered with the Samaritan Homeless Interim Program in New Jersey and the Bowery Mission in New York.
