· Volunteer Care Worker as part of the Duke of Edinburgh Award. My key role was as a companion for elderly women, organising recreational activities for them.
Volunteer Shop Assistant | The British Heart Foundation, Macclesfield | May – September 2016
· Offered exceptional customer service and developed key communication skills.
· Developed commercial awareness, pitching ideas and marketing strategies.

PAL Mentor | The University of Exeter | September – December 2017
· Worked as a Volunteer Mentor for Modern Languages students at the University of Exeter. Applied organisational skills to lead group revision sessions and solved their academic problems.

· Compiled marketing plans for upcoming publications, formulating actionable marketing strategies and researching competitors.
· Researched potential influencers and bloggers for upcoming book promotions.
