As a transcriber, I have learned to become an active listener, diligent researcher, and meticulous proofreader. I have transcribed hundreds of audio and video hours for university lectures, reports, interviews, TV shows, focus groups, and more per clients' instructions. My written and oral comprehension continues to improve through active listening and proofreading. It has also improved my research skills for fact-checking obscure information, while continuing to broaden my knowledge and interests in a range of subjects.
