Led a digital transformation and business process reengineering effort. Converted two years’ worth of paper-based school information into online excel files, speeding up the process of filing as well as inputting new information for every student attending the school. This consisted of student’s sick days, which exact program they were a part of, the grade they were attending and how many “stars,” each student had achieved for their efforts. Concluding, this data query reduced the time this process took from hours to seconds.
